The Hypogen® range of onsite chlorine generators, produced by Liquid Chlorine New Zealand, come in a variety of sizes and configurations to meet all your onsite chlorine generation needs.

The Hypogen series is one of the most sophisticated onsite chlorine generators on the market and were developed with the end user in mind. It is fully automatic, designed for reliability, has a low operating cost, and is economically priced.

Product Range:

Liquid Chlorine New Zealand produces three ranges of onsite chlorine generators. The Hypogen is our signature model, while our other two models are produced for more specific markets.

The standard Hypogen model is designed for any application requiring chlorine as a disinfectant, it’s fully automatic, reliable and economically priced. The Hypogen comes as standard with a vibrant graphic colour operator touch screen and GSM modem. The colour touch screen makes the system extremely easy to understand and operate, while giving the operators detailed graphical information on the system. The GSM modem allows the system to be interrogated and controlled remotely, giving operators the freedom, while having the knowledge of the generators current status.

The Hypogen E is designed as a small output economy model. This model was designed with small swimming pool complexes in mind and has reduced features in comparison to the standard Hypogen. The Hypogen E is still fully automatic, but unlike the Hypogen, it doesn’t come with a colour operator touch screen or GSM modem for remote monitoring and control (GSM modem optional). It is a basic model that operates hassle free, while producing very cost effective chlorine.

The Hypogen W is designed for the potable water treatment industry were sodium levels are required to be kept as low as possible to meet the New Zealand Drinking Water Standards. The Hypogen W has the same features as the standard Hypogen model, but also uses additional technology to maintain the sodium levels as low as possible.

As an indication, a Hypogen unit with a chlorine output of 24kg per day can produce a monthly equivalent of 720kg of chlorine gas or 5,536L of 13% commercial sodium hypochlorite per month.

The Hypogen is available in four standard models; 500, 1000, 1500 & 2000grams/hour.*

The Hypogen E is available in one model only; 500grams/hour.

The Hypogen W is available in four standard models; 500, 1000, 1500 & 2000grams/hour.*
